Medical Pay
Definition:

Medical pay will cover the Named Insured and all immediate relatives for injuries when listed on a motorcycle, ATV, or snowmobile insurance policy. Medical pay is an optional coverage because often primary health insurance companies will often cover your medical expenses on a motorcycle. However, you should always check with your health carrier.

Typical medical pay limits include:

  • $1,000
  • $2,500
  • $5,000
  • $10,000

Injuries on a motorcycle can be very severe. Medical pay can at least alleviate the pain of dealing with the high cost of medical bills and the hospital’s billing staff. Think saftey when riding a motorcycle and wear a helmet regardless if it is the law or not.
